# User permissions

> The different permissions available for each user type.

### User levels

The list of different users levels.

| User level        | Description                                                                      |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Primary Admin** | The account owner                                                                |
| **Admin**         | Has access to all jobs and applications in the account                           |
| **User**          | Access restricted to assigned jobs and those applications                        |
| **Reviewer**      | Access restricted to assigned jobs and those applications at the specific stages |

### Assignable permissions

The list of permissions available to each type of user.

| Permission             | Description                                         | User level                  |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------- |
| **MANAGE\_TEAM**       | Manage team members                                 | `Admin`                     |
| **SETTINGS\_BILLING**  | Manage subscription                                 | `Admin`                     |
| **SETTINGS\_JOBBOARD** | Can manage job boards and place sponsored postings  | `Admin`                     |
| **RESTRICTED\_ACCESS** | Access to notes or questions marked as restricted   | `Admin`, `User`, `Reviewer` |
| **EXPORT\_REPORTS**    | Export jobs/applications report data to spreadsheet | `Admin`, `User`             |
| **MANAGE\_JOBS**       | Create and edit jobs                                | `User`                      |
| **JOB\_PUBLISH**       | Publish jobs and assign team members                | `User`                      |
| **MESSAGE\_CANDIDATE** | Send emails to candidates                           | `User`                      |
